Well I?m a redneck woman.

I ain?t no high class broad.

I?m just a product of my raisin?.

I say ?Hey y?all? and ?Hee haw.?

I keep my Christmas lights on on my front porch all year long

And I know all the words to every Charlie Daniels song.

So here?s to all my sisters out there keeping it country?

Can I get a big H_ _ _ Yeah from the redneck girls like me??

I would love to see Cherie jam with Gretchen on that song...

And for that matter which of the above songs would y'all like to see Cherie jam on ?

If I had my druthers, I'd like to hear Cherie cover this one:

KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF - GA Satellites

They were playing The Smell on the radio the other day and my co-worker commented about how HE (Lynyrd Skynyrd) was one of his favorites!

I started explaining how Lynyrd Skynard was not a "he" but a "they" like a real Mr. Know It All. He snapped back with "oh yeah, well why do they call themselves that then?"

It was a fair question, so I looked it up and told him the next day!

Leonard Skinard was their High School coach who always gave them a rash of kaka about their long hair!

Live and learn, eh?!?!

It's Lynyrd Skynyrd Gus.....

Don't worry I've made that mistake spelling out that name especially in High School to gales of laughter (sigh)

roonie

We miss you Ronnie....God Rest your soul and that of Steve & Cassie Gaines

BTW speaking of name origins....

An associate of mine Billy from THE BLACK VAULT website states he used to know personally many or the orginal members of the Marshall Tucker Band, since they were Spartanburg SC including Toy Caldwell....

Toy told him that Marshall Tucker was a blind farmer who let the band pratice in his barn, thus the name.

Oh, hey...I spelled it right the first time but the second time I spelled it Lynyrd Skynard which WAS wrong!

The Coach spelled his name in the conventional way so I think I spelled his name right!
Close anywayz! forums

It's amazing how good they are now, considering the tragic loss of key members!
